Kingdom Wargames may reward customers with vouchers during certain events and occasions.

Types of vouchers

Most of our vouchers can be divided in two categories:

• Store credit vouchers: these vouchers can only be used in-store at the moment (hence the name), and can only be used to pay for store products or gaming costs, but not for tickets, activities, or consumables.
• Game Vouchers: these vouchers grant you a free game session for you and a friend, covering table fee and both player fees.

Coupons expiration

• Any unused coupon expires after one month, and any extension to this is entirely at management’s discretion.
• A coupon can be used for a product whose release date is after its expiration date. Speak with our staff so we can arrange it.

Coupons limitations

• Coupons use is limited to one per customer and purchase.
• Coupons are applied against the RRP of a product, they cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
• Selling coupons is prohibited and will result in a void coupon and a permanent ban.
• Management can update these rules discretionally at any time.
